Real status
- Forgejo / Git: public beta is live at git.katoyhub.com. Only public-clean repositories are exposed.
- Code server: exists locally for the team. It is not public because it is a shell into the work machine.
- Qdrant: exists locally as the memory/vector layer. It is not a public community surface.
- Forum / Revolt: not deployed yet. The beta starts with a small chat and artifact seeds.
- Docs / Notion-style library: not deployed yet. Seeds are the current documentation layer.
Next real step: public forum and docs without pretending. Today, the real entry points are chat, seeds, and public Git.
What to say if someone asks "where is the full community?"
Today, the public beta is the Laan page, the chat, and the first reusable objects.
The public Git is live at git.katoyhub.com with clean public artifacts.
