The usual path

your message -> a public platform -> someone else's cloud -> answer

It can be convenient. But your data leaves your side, and the route is not yours.

Our beta path

your message -> a small public door -> a system we control -> answer

The public door exists because a public chat needs an address. The important part is that the heavy system stays under our control.

What we do not hide

While you use our door, you still depend on us. The goal is not to pretend otherwise. The goal is to make the dependency visible, limited and replaceable.
