How to annotate the Cristallo living dossier
This page is HTML-only and public-safe. The main dossier now includes a live annotation toolbox.
Select text in the dossier, click Annotate selection, write your note, then either send it directly or add it to the saved annotation batch.
You can repeat this on many passages. When you are done, send or copy the whole batch to jonas@cristallo-swiss.tech.
The canonical dossier stays clean; proposed changes go through review before they enter the canon.
What to send
If you prefer to send a manual email, use this format:
Display name:

Organisation, if any:

Simple agreement
- You choose how your name appears: real name, pseudonym, organisation only, or anonymous.
- If you correct a fact, add a source when you have one.
- If you see a risk, write it even if you do not have the solution yet.
- You can send many annotations in one message.
- If your note needs a real-world action, we track it separately from text edits.
- Nothing is added to the public contributor page without opt-in.
What happens next
- The team reads the annotation.
- The annotation is classified as accepted, rejected, pending, or world action.
- Accepted public-safe changes appear in the public changelog.
- Opt-in contributors appear in the public contributors CSV.
